If it goes well, it will bring some confidence to the market. If it goes badly, there will be some real ugliness. It's one reason, why the London Interbank Offering Rate (LIBOR) the rate that banks use to base their lending to each other off, actually spiked up today, despite all the liquidity injections and interest rate cuts.
