I think Carolina is most likely to be picking #1 again. They are going to start Newton at QB. They're trading their only decent WR (Steve Smith). Their OL is bad. Their D is mediocre. And their division is arguably the toughest in the NFL.

Their O-line is actually not bad at all. They have some decent running backs too with not much at QB or WR. They'll be a low scoring team but running the ball a lot may keep their defense fresh and more effective than expected. I think the Panthers are good for 4 or 5 wins which will probably keep them out of the top draft slot.

Seattle made the playoffs last year. I don't see them going top 5 next year. Also, Oakland is on the upswing with or without their CB. McFadden has turned into a monster.
