That is what everyone thinks, and some people are using future episode titles that have the name in it to prove it. I haven't watched this show in years, but when I saw the promo, I knew I had to watch. I think it is just one big publicity stunt. Almost every website has an article about it and Twitter blew up last night about the episode. They had that two-part episode a couple years ago when Stewie killed Lois and it ended up being a big middle finger right at the end. I am sure the same thing will happen here.
