I think having the Rey's doing that at times would be a big help even if they don't hit or sack the QB. Bengals didn't want to do it against Stealers because of time held tradition of mush rush against Ben, which I still think was the right call because Ben isn't nearly as effective in the pocket and that showed, IMO. Also they wanted to keep tabs on Bell in the passing game. Luck gets hit alot but no sacked. Different type of mobile Qb than Ben.
