I mean, generally speaking, sentencing someone to a for-profit penal system where rape, extortion, abuse, & murder are known to be commonplace is fucked up & wrong on a lot of levels. It's good to know that you equate not allowing someone to resist arrest in all situations to being raped. I should have expected your logic was as such but now we all know.
