To be honest, I would think the States with the better weather and benefits would have the most homeless.  Don’t think Red or Blue matters much.

Actually, I come here to get away from that shit and right now I think The Cincinnati Bengals is

So I don't think Neoliberalsim means what you think it means for a couple of you.

 

And there is not one single state in this country that comes close to socialism.

 

California is what the Democrat party has become, as well as DC, which is why I don't label myself a Democrat. It's all about social liberalism while ignoring the plight of the poor and working class. It's why I as a leftist, might be more disillusioned with Democrats than I am Republicans, because at least I know the Republicans only give a shit about corporations, Democrats just pretend not to.

 

If I were king we would implement a few polices that would make tea-party trumpers heads explode, but would actually help poor people.

Um.... As mentioned previously, Alaska is #7 on that list.

Yeah but that is a special situation.  They have an oil and energy heavy economy and when oil tanked to under $30 a barrel during Covid a large number of workers lost their jobs.   They also have more accurate numbers since most stay in shelters due to the weather and can be counted.  
 

It doesn’t help they live in Alaska which has a higher alcohol and drug problem than most states because, you know, they live in Alaska.
