Hamilton County blames Bengals for delayed stadium deal
Well this It’s not the 90’s anymore and the other owners are not going to allow the team to be moved for free. Those relocation fees are paid directly to the other clubs so the Bengals themselves got a nice pay day when the Rams, Chargers, and Raiders moved. No chance they were ever going to return the favor.

Keeping Our Enemies Close: 2025
Sounds like one of those good problems. I'd happily suffer through a couple of rebuilding years for a SB win or two. Not like we haven't been through it before, minus the SB wins. Beats the hell out of a consistent "almost".

True. They also pretty much built their defense by drafting former Georgia players. That defense won’t be cheap for long.

Bengals' embarrassing lag in NFLPA report cards keeps biting them
If you ever get to Columbus, there’s a really nice trail along the Olentangy River. Starts just north of downtown and runs 14 miles to the northern edge of Franklin County. You also can hook up with trails that take you through downtown Columbus and south to Rt. 104 along the Scioto River, or west along the Scioto River, (but that one doesn’t go that far), or from downtown you can pick up the Alum Creek Trail, but you go through some sketchy neighborhoods to get there.

Maybe every pro athlete should get one free pass, at some point in their career, to go into the stands and lay someone out. Just the once.

3.5 Draft a starting Linebacker ✅ and sign him ✖️- Keeping Our Enemies Close: 2025
Let's be honest...the Eagles hit the lottery with draft picks Mitchell and DeJean. Cheap and pro bowl caliber.- Random 2025 Bengals related stuff
Good point. Wasn't thinking that through. Reminded me to put a little down on the Bengals to win SB though.- Bengals' embarrassing lag in NFLPA report cards keeps biting them
Boy do I believe this. Drunk family members do some stupid shit. Saw an NHL dad running his mouth to Tie Domi. Sheesh. Domi was the better man and just walked away.- Keeping Our Enemies Close: 2025
Maybe. The Dolphins also got the younger, cheaper player. Ramsey may end up transitioning to safety himself. Personally, I didn’t see the Dolphins getting much in return for Ramsey so I think they will be happy with the deal.- Random 2025 Bengals related stuff
2 years into an NFL career and he's learned he needs to be in good shape. Who knows what's next? Paying attention in meetings? Watching film? The sky's the limit!- Keeping Our Enemies Close: 2025
Marvin didn't have a Joe Burrow at QB. Joe's the one and only reason anyone else in the organization might feel some pressure to perform.- Keeping Our Enemies Close: 2025
Fitzpatrick isn't old but he's declined pretty quickly. He used to generate turnovers but only has 1 interception in the last 2 years. Stealers sold high.- Keeping Our Enemies Close: 2025
Yeah, Taylor is safe and he knows it. Marvin got a decade and a half with no playoff wins.- Keeping Our Enemies Close: 2025
Some enemy uniform news, both the Buccaneers and Seahawks plan on wearing the "away", white versions of their throwbacks this year, per Sportslogos.net. Love it.- Random 2025 Bengals related stuff
Yeah, it's 9-1 if we win the AFCCG.- ESPN analyst identifies how the Bengals' offense should improve thanks to something largely outside of their control
I'd like to see a better running game. It would make the offense more versatile and harder to stop. 3rd and 2 is usually a passing down for the Bengals but if we could run better, we'd convert at a higher rate. But we couldn't run because our interior offensive line are bad at run blocking. Karras at least was good at pass blocking, Volson and Cappa not so much. If we had a good running game, as our 80s Super Bowl teams did, we'd have an elite offense. We could close out games with a 4th quarter lead. We could play in windy or wet conditions. We'd be less predictable and put more stress on opposing defenses. Ken Anderson and Boomer Esiason were NFL MVPs on teams with good running games. Maybe that would work for Joe Burrow too.- Keeping Our Enemies Close: 2025

Bengals offseason blueprint: 1. Sign Jamar & hopefully Tee - Check 2. Extend Trey 3. Draft a young Edge 4. Sign a veteran interior OL 5. Super Bowl Easy Peasy Wrong. I stupidly had come to think that Mikey boy had failed to pass the Douche Baggery gene on to the grandkids. WRONG. Give Henderson the $30-32M/yr. you're gonna end up giving him anyway, sign Stewart to a fair 17th pick slot deal and sign either Risner or Scherff as insurance at guard to protect - you know - the FUCKING FRACHISE! Tired of the bullshit dick-swinging games!- Hamilton County blames Bengals for delayed stadium deal
We had something similar in Ohio with the turnpike. Bonds were issued with a 40 year duration and the turnpike was supposed to be turned over to the state for free when they were paid off. Over time the turnpike was profitable and became a patronage job for politicians. So when the bonds were almost due, the turnpike commission refinanced them to a longer period to keep the gravy train going.- Keeping Our Enemies Close: 2025
