that the Racial Climate in these two cities are different; probably due to the Military influence and the

diversity of ethnicities it brings.

I have been through various Workplace Diversity training evolutions in addition to Equal Opportunity

training. I live this practice everyday.

Uh, I wasn't going to say anything but only a racist trots out his fucking non-racist resume to prove that he's not a racist. I don't even care who's a racist or not - I know my enemies when I see them, but you just gave yourself away. If I could pass you a cookie through the screen for your magnanimity and graciousness for being so good to dem peoples, I sho'ly would.

The label “racist” really has more to do with the labeler than with the labelee, doesn’t it?

Consider: Why is it racist to form a White civil rights group, yet it is not racist to support the NAACP? Why can Blacks agitate for preferences which come at the expense of Whites, yet such is not known as racism? Why does opposing affirmative action get many White people labeled hateful and bigoted racists?

Some argue that indulging one race at the expense of another is necessary to redress past societal wrongs. Aside from the obvious inequity of penalizing those who merely possess the same color skin as those who might have acted wrongly in the past, there is the issue of the very real racial caste system that becomes institutionalized once one begins dispensing race-based favors.

It's good to be home again after a brief respite from Cincinnati! I see you are all at it again, dysfunctional family!
With regards to the topic at hand, I personally wouldn't have any issue at all with compulsory civil service provided that the individual retains the right to choose what they want to do to serve their country instead of simply being forced into the military. There are lots of jobs that could be created for young people as a means of serving their country/government.
It would be nice to give all citizens a taste of the importance of their role in government, and preserve the volunteeristic aspects of our military that makes it so great.

Getting back to the draft....I think the original purpose of this bill is to have a system where "everyone" will be available for military service in hopes of having a little more discussion before we go ahead and decide to start spreading freedom.

With that being said....I'm not in agreement bc for some reason I think I am more likely to be put upfront rather than the Jenna's (not the pornstar either) of the world.
