Because they'd get beat up? See, the difference between Cincinnati people and Pissburgh animals is that we have some class and common decency. We don't live in trailers with cars up on blocks in the front yard and refrigerators on the porch. We don't drink generic beer and we have all our teeth. Picking a fight with someone just because of their affiliation with one team or another is childish and pretty low class. But what can you expect from animals that don't try to better themselves.
