Lose in NL championship.Homer will finish up with the big club. They will surely improve with the addition of a defensive short stop .I expect at least 90 wins. The Cards won it all last year and we were pretty competetive with them.

Before I post my results, I wanted to share a little tid-bit I picked up on anothe forum I visit (HSbaseballweb).

A national thread was started two years ago on Where's Josh Hamiliton? There have been a few reason additions lately and one was from a local poster in my area. He stated that only Justin Upton, 2006 #1 pick, (Chesapeake, VA), would he rank higher than Josh when they were picked. The guy is very knowledgable and respected on our local boards.

Man, I hope the best for Josh Hamilton personnally first, but I admitting am selfish in hoping he can play up to his hype potential.

Wins: 86-95

Finish in Division: 1st (Homer pick)

Games Junior miss: 11-20

Homers Junior hit: 11-20; hope I'm proven wrong.

Homers Dunn hit: 31-40

Homer Bailey start the season: AAA

Homer Bailey finish's season: Reds

Reds Post season fate: Wild Card

How far will they go: Lose NLCS, better chances in the future.

81-85 wins.

2nd place. (voted 3rd, changed my mind)

Junior misses 11-20 games and hits 21-30 homers.

Dunn hits 41-50 homers.

Bailey starts the season at AAA and finishes it with the Reds.

Reds miss the playoffs by a narrow margin.

I bet we get off to a hot start this year.

But fade at the end of the year like usual. Hopefully we can hold off the cubs stros and Cards. Even the brew is emerging

It's a hell of a division.

I want to see playoffs though! Go Reds!

I have been to 5 days worth of Spring Training, so far this year (pictures to follow soon), and it is a weird feeling. Usually, we as Reds fans, are wondering who the hell will be the starting pitchers, why we don't have any relievers worth a damn and will Dunn ever lower his annual strike total. Now, at Spring Training, we now who the 1st- 4th starting pitchers are (Harang, Arroyo, Milton and Lohse), we now we have relievers who can get it done (Lightenberg, Belisle, Stanton, Coffey, Saarlos and Weathers) and Dunn has shown up thinner and faster, and his bat is much improved from last year. I still can't believe that we have so many pitchers fighting for the 5th spot in the rotation, instead of fighting for 3 or 4 spots, as in years past. Just some random thoughts from Spring Training for everyone to comment on (except for Amen and his thing with Dunn :pointlaff: ).

81-85 wins, but i personally believe 84-88

1st place

Junior misses/sits out 21-30 games and hits 21-30 homers.

Dunn hits 31-40 homers.

Bailey starts the season at AAA and finishes it with the Reds.

Reds make playoffs but lose round 1 due to lack of timely hitting and no shut down in the 9th inning.

I believe:

They will have between 85-90 wins.

Aaron Harang will win 19 games this year. (And make the All Star game)

Bronson Arroyo will win 16 games this year.

Alex Gonzalez will be in contention to win a gold glove.

Griffey will get hurt.

Adam Dunn will hit between 40-45 homeruns.

Brandon Phillips will prove that he is the real deal.

Still wont have a closer.

Homer Bailey will prove he is worthy to be in the rotation.

Ryan Freel will continue to amaze us.

We will win the NL Central.

We will lose to the Mets in the first round.

90 wins

Harang & Arroyo top ten pitchers in NL.

Ken Griffey Jr. miss less than 15 games and hits 31 home runs.

Dunn 42 hrs bats .320 121 rbi B) .

Homer Bailey will amaze after the all star break.

Beat the Redsox in the world series in 7 games.

Here's a question: now that Rolls Royce Clayton is gone, whom does everyone predict Narron will constantly play at inappropriate times, for reasons known only to him. And yes, I realize that every time is an inappropriate time to play Clayton.
