Andrew Beaujon @abeaujon3m CNN just reported via unnamed officers that suspect has laptop and is sending messages on social media Dylan Byers @DylanByers15s Law enforcement official to NBC correspondent: "If you knew what was going on, you wouldn't be standing here right now."
