Bengals' embarrassing lag in NFLPA report cards keeps biting them
If you ever get to Columbus, there’s a really nice trail along the Olentangy River. Starts just north of downtown and runs 14 miles to the northern edge of Franklin County. You also can hook up with trails that take you through downtown Columbus and south to Rt. 104 along the Scioto River, or west along the Scioto River, (but that one doesn’t go that far), or from downtown you can pick up the Alum Creek Trail, but you go through some sketchy neighborhoods to get there.

She’s the woman who was at Burrow’s house when it got broken into. Supposedly she worked there.

I had a 79 Monte Carlo with the smaller V8 engine. My sister borrowed it one time and was shocked at the pick up on it. (She was driving a Skylark at the time.) I liked that car except in bad weather. It slid everywhere. I even slid off of I71 coming back from Cincy in an ice storm.

I haven’t really delved into AI and have no desire to (or have a need to right now). If the intelligence was AI driven, that is some scary stuff. I’m having Skynet nightmares.

My son introduced RATM to me on one of our roadtrips and I like them. I introduced him to CCR and he liked them.

It amazes me how so many “patriots “ violate the flag code. 😮! I guess NOAH just also erected 2 huge flag poles on the White House lawn. I wonder if he’s trying to overcompensate for something? 😉

My oldest sister and niece both live near LA and they were joking about the curfew, which was limited to a very small part of downtown LA. My sister also joked that it wouldn’t be the first time she ran from tear gas sprayed by National Guard, but she was a lot younger the last time. (She was at OSU in 1970 and wrote stories for the campus newspaper about the riots.) Not sorry about the parade. Apparently it was so underwhelming that he fell asleep 😴 during it. I was so proud of my neighborhood on Saturday. There were 800-1000 people protesting on 2 separate intersections.

This falls right in line with NOAH calling in the National Guard in LA to quell protests and calling those protests an insurrection, but not calling them in on January 6th to quell an actual insurrection. NOAH- Number One Ass Hole. A friend of mine came up with that and said I could use it. 😂

I called this breakup months ago. 2 huge egos trying to work together- I knew it was going to be an ugly break up. It is fun to watch.

I just sat in on a presentation today on how AI can help in real estate, along with some dangers of using AI. There are a lot of good applications for marketing purposes and for farming for prospective clients in the real estate end, and you can virtually stage a home and enhance photos. I have to say, I don't care for the digitally enhanced photos you see with differing skies, because they look fake. The virtual staging does help. But on the flip side, there have been instances of fake listings online. I guess it's helpful for data driven purposes, such as pricing and market trends, but I would be too anal to trust it completely. I would have to do the research myself also.

I get industry emails from time to time about how AI will affect our industry. I don’t bother reading them because I’m getting close to retirement and it’s not going to really affect me. But even if it was to be used to, for example, analyze title searches for issues, a human underwriter would still need to decide on risk. I know one of my younger colleagues uses Chat GPT to compose emails, but I couldn’t see doing that.

As it should be. 😂 Besides, my husband gives me grief about the stuff I buy. He says I have too many clothes and shoes. 😂

We’re at the other end of the spectrum. My hubby spent 5 minutes explaining that he only uses PayPal to buy $1.00 baseball cards and how they get mailed to him in a hard case. I’m like, “That’s fine. I didn’t need a justification.” 😂

So, from what I’m reading, his strength is handling tight ends, which we haven’t done in, forever on a consistent basis. Sounds good to me.

Al Green has already filed articles of impeachment against the orange troll. They’re not going to go anywhere in this Congress, but you don’t think that if they get the majority at the midterms, they’re not chomping at the bit to do this? And speaking of Vance, don’t you love how he tells law enforcement that he supports them? I think the Capitol police would disagree, especially in light of the Justice Department’s agreement to pay the family of Ashli Babbitt $5,000,000. Where’s the payment for the police officers who were injured in the riot?
