Guest oldschooler
[quote]Late in the second quarter, strong safety Dexter Jackson hurt his lower right leg and limped off. He went to the locker room before the half. Kevin Kaesviharn came into play safety alongside Madieu Williams. [b]Pollack, Braham and Jackson did not return to the game and are expected to miss games. Levi, Whitworth, Steinbach at center, Bobbie, and Willie instead of Levi, Steinbach, Guichuc, Bobbie, and willi I just think guichuc was terrible today, ever since braham left they got a shit load of penetration up the middle

But we've all seen "day-to-day" injuries can linger for many, many days...even 3-5 weeks. Goddamn, football is a violent sport. Today's game proved it. Pitt is a hell of allot better than Cleveland. Guychek with Steinbach next to him would be fine. Whitworth with Braham next to him would be fine. The key is a return of healthy Levi. My concern with Whitworth is this---------he can't pull. Steinbach makes his living pulling on running plays to the right. Whitworth is not fast enough to do it. Therefore the playbook will change. Guycheck is likely the center of the future and is in his 2nd season. He should know more of the playbook than Whitworth. The future may be NOW........ With Whitworth & Guycheck in there today, and Steinbach playing out of position------we gave up 4 sacks. Yes Steinbach can fill in at LT but he is not a LT and is a step back.
