Draft Pages Updating

Recommended Posts

A lot of the draft sites are starting to gear up as college semi-finalists are announced and players have accumulated enough tape.

One of the sites I like

http://www.fantasyfootballjungle.com/y/nfl...x.php?steam=Cin

Is updated.

It's a fan mock site that averages them all together for those that haven't seen it.

We are going to remake the word dynasty.
Don't know moses, but why in the hell do we need ginn? we have brazell, who i think, think, might even be faster.

I know, blasphemy, but that is my impression.

It's pretty much 100% guaranteed that defense is the pick in the first round. Any of these players would be great additions in the first round:

1. DE Gaines Adams, Clemson
2. DT Alan Branch, Michigan (Jr.)
3. S LaRon Landry, LSU
4. DT Frank Okam, Texas (Jr.)
5. DE Quentin Moses, Georgia
6. CB Leon Hall, Michigan
7. CB Marcus McCauley, Fresno St.
8. DT Quinn Pitcock, Ohio St.
9. OLB Paul Posluzny, Penn St.
10. DE LaMarr Woodley, Michigan
11. CB Darrelle Revis, pissburgh (Jr.)
12. S Michael Griffin, Texas
13. CB Antoine Cason, Arizona St. (Jr.)
14. OLB Rufus Alexander, Oklahoma
15. DE Adam Carriker, Nebraska

Fear not. There are enough of us who have interest in the draft, and/or college football to keep the thread alive, even if only on life support.

Oh believe me...i was probably the biggest Brazell fan on this board...might still be...but since he had that devastating injury i have lost a little interest.

But Ginn would still be a monster in cincy...no doubt.

But Moses is probably the best DE in college football right now.

Another has us taking Tom Zbikowski, S Notre Dame.

While I do think we need another Saftey because of depth, I dont think we need one this early.

Wait till the rerouted link falls off the main page, then ask your question.

Z-bik is a 3rd Rder.

1st Rd heart, poor NFL translation.

That's just the way it goes, ALL players get injured at some point, some more than others. Just loook at our draft picks from 2005, and our round 1 pick from 2004. It's just the chance you take when signing/drafting new players. Brazell may be ok after this injury and stay healthy for a long time.

Moses was supposed to be the best defensive end in college football this year, but I think he has something like 1 sack this year. Gaines Adams is by far the better player/prospect.

Also I don't think Frank Okam declares this year, they pretty much never lose junior prospects on defense, even if they are dominating.
See:
Derrick Johnson
Rodrigue Wright
Michael Griffin
Michael Huff
Cedric Griffin
Marcus Tubbs
Quentin Jammer
Casey Hampton
Shaun Rogers

All upper end prospects who stayed for their Senior year at Texas.
By the way the one I normally look at has us taking DT FRANK OKAM out of Texas.

I personally still think we need a DE above DT though.
They also have the Browns taking Ginn... Yikes Ginn, and Edwards together would be scarry.
Nah, Teddy would wind up getting hurt.
