oldschooler Posted April 20, 2011 Report Share Posted April 20, 2011 The Reds have lost 5 out of their last 6 games. And are tied with the Brewers. Johnny Cueto and Homer Bailey have definitely put us in a bind. But the clutch hitting hasn't been there like it was last year, yet. I saw a dude that covers the Reds say that the Reds were 6-9 at this point last year (before yesterday's game). But it made me think to myself, yeah, but there wasn't as much expectations with last year's team as this year's. And the 5-0 start helped raise those expectations. Regardless, going 4-8 in their last 12 games sucks. No matter how you want to slice it. They need to get back to their winning ways. Arroyo is pitching tonight.
