[/quote] I wouldnt be surprised if they have been thinking since Urban left Florida that he might be our next coach if something were to happen to Tress. With that being said, I dont think that came into consideration when they fired Tressel. Just my opinion though.

Both lied about covering up infractions. One did it blatantly to the NCAA, the other did it to the school and the NCAA not so blatantly. You lie, you get caught, you pay the price. If they'd owned up to the infractions immediately, taken the punishments, both would still be coaching where they were.
