I've never been a fan of the housing developement thing. Sure, they look big, but cheaply built and a touch gaudy to me. Madieu and Tory's pads look okay I guess. Chad's looks low maintenance. :)

they alll 3 live within about 5 mins fro me..all grat places.

It's undestandable Simmons, Carson and Marvin have large houses...they're married men, btw none of them are cheaply built...don't know where people think a 2.5 milion dollar house is cheap.

All the other guys have bachelor pads.

Chad lives in his house during the season only. He lives in Miami.

If I was a young guy (Landon, Madieu) I would build moderate size houses also... why waste ALL my money on one big house and not be able to afford anything else. In 4 years, they'll both have (especially Madieu) huge houses.

I honestly think it looks cheap for the money spent. To each his own, but I think a $2.5 million, 50-100 year old home in Hyde Park or Indian Hill is much more solidly constructed, with a lot more character and craftsmanship to boot.

If I was Chad, I'd have a condo in Cincinnati, and a killer home in Coral Gables or something.... Although the recent hurricanes might make me think the Midwest has a certain degree of safety I might enjoy for a big property purchase. :)

well they're all in indian hill...and while a 100 year old home is nice my uncle own a home in indian hill built in 1915 looked up his audit...the thing is drafty as hell and has about 25 rooms in it....the thing is really just a cozy 10,000 square foot house if that's possible. IMO I'd much rather have a more open floor plan with larger rooms, so I don't feel so cramped. Not to mention these guys want to have new so they don't have to deal with anything that might go wrong or be out of date.

The land on Palmer's 5 acres lot was $562,000, yes the land alone....so I imagine 1.3 million left spent on the house would be a very quality constructed house. ( his total was 1.8 million). BTW he probably got a deal and half in his opinion compared to was he's used to in CAli.

I think he's actually in debt. Apperently he now owns 18cars..and just had a car done by west coast customs( the pimp my ride guys from mtv).

I think he needs to settle down and find himself a wifey to control his spending on so much worthless crap.....but then again buying a 15k furcoat and 25l diamond braclet is much more worthless.

Palmer's house owns Lewis's house.

Owning an old home, I can personally say, even though they have that nostalgic feeling and tons of this so called "character", they suck. Too many problems, too many things to fix. New houses, if built right, will last a long time before they have all of those problems. Hopefully they can sell these houses before they hit that stage.
