No, it can be pricey. But, I use it as a last resort.
Monday, Monday on Bengals sked

By GEOFF HOBSON
April 11, 2007

1:05 p.m.

The good news on the Bengals’ schedule:

At least the NFL office thinks they have a shot at the playoffs with two home Monday night games for the first time in history, one “Flex,” game in pissburgh and another national TV division shot in a 4:05 p.m. game in Baltimore.

Paul Brown Stadium hits ESPN twice in the first month with an Oct. 1 rematch with AFC finalist New England as well as the Sept. 10 season opener against AFC North champion Baltimore.

The last seven games are against teams that didn’t have winning records last season and four are at PB. They have an extra day to recover from their longest trip when the Sept. 23 game in Seattle is followed by the Pats. They also have a Saturday night game on NFL Network Dec. 15 in San Francisco, a short week sandwiched by home games, and wide receiver Chris Henry’s suspension allows him to play against division foes once including a Sunday night game on NBC in pissburgh Dec. 2.

The bad news:

Three of the first four games are against division winners, the bye week comes after only the fourth week, two of the three longest trips (San Francisco and Miami) come in their tough month of December, and Henry misses four playoff teams and three division games.
Exact same bye week. In fact, we played the Stains in game 2 last season and and the Pats were game 4 (just before the bye) last season.

Without Chris. The easy part of the schedule is with him.

Yes, the NFL loves us.

Overall, it looks like a very balanced schedule with some bonuses it terms of the national games.

After the Seattle game on the west coast, we followup with NE but it is on a Monday night. So the players get an extra day.

After the NE Monday night game we get a bye-week, so no short turnaround.

And then that gives us an entire bye-week before going into an always tough venue in KC on the road.

And then after our 2nd west coast trip, the players get another day since the SF game is on a Saturday.
Bills, Raiders have toughest 2007 schedules

• The AFC is better than the NFC: Certainly that's not a very big surprise, but it's even more apparent when you look at the strength of schedules for 2007. Every team in the AFC has a strength of schedule of over .500. The Lions (.504) are the only NFC team with a strength of schedule of over .500.

• Kicking the Raiders while they're down: The Raiders finished with the NFL's worst record and were rewarded with the hardest schedule in 2007. The Raiders don't get any breaks in the AFC West, with all six of their divisional games coming against teams with better than .500 records.

• It pays to be in the NFC North: One year after having the NFL's easiest schedule, the Bears check in with the second-easiest schedule (.465) this season. Chicago's three divisional foes were a combined 17-31 (.354) in 2006.
That's why our last game is scheduled for Miami, so the 72 fins can cry at home while the Bengals match their undefeated season.
Exceed--the Fins only won 14 games in the regular season...we'd go 16-0...I mean 19-0
