That black cloud of injuries hanging over the Bengals ventured into the Theatre of Absurd Friday night on the second half kickoff of a scoreless and meaningless preseason finale against the Colts at Paul Brown Stadium.

On his first play as a Bengal, Aaron Elling, brought in just for this game to kick for the injured Shayne Graham, suffered what appeared to be a serious knee injury when he planted his foot trying to make a tackle and was carted off the field.[/quote]
