Ah yes, nothing better than a chili cheese sandwich - hold the dog, throw some cheese on the bottom of the bun, load up with alot of chili, add mustard and onions, then more cheese! Oh yeah! I know what I'm having for lunch........
thanks for that mental imagery. Like I need to be hungry after lunch. ;)
I received my spice packs in the mail yesterday. I plan on preparing a 3-way for myself tonight. Excellent.
Don't forgo the tablespoon or so of water on the instructions. Seems inconsequential, but it's necessary for the right texture.
So I made the Cincy Chili for dinner...and learned I am not a good cook. I will leave the kitchen duty to the little lady from now on.
Perhaps you should invest in some cans of chili next time you're in Cincinnati. Pain in the ass if you're not checking luggage, though.
I bought some at CVG on my way home a few weeks ago. $2 a can but I didn't have to get it through security (I checked no luggage). Imagine the bomb you could set off with a can of Gold Star on a plane.
only if you eat it.

Hell, I don't know if you can find it outside of the Tri-State area...
