Browns vs. Steelers

Browns Wanted Quinn bad enough to trade a first rounder for him..
They could get that pick back and get a player that could really help their defensive line.
Browns are like the 05 Bengals.. all offense ...no defense..
smart money would be to improve their defense and no better time to do it than
this year with Anderson having a good year.....[/quote]

nah CT is definately right on this one. YOu keep the proven QB in Anderson, and trade Quinn for a top 5 pick. You know what you've got in Anderson, you don't in Brady Quinn.

Just look at the recent careers of Philip Rivers and Drew Brees. Rivers is sucking.

Who would trade a top 5 pick for Quinn when he didn't go until like 24th in the first last year and has proven nothing.

I'd rather hedge my bets on Brady Quinn than spending a top 5 pick on Matt Ryan or any other QB coming out this year. Quinn is better than any QB prospect that would come out this year. Any team looking to draft a QB in the first round anyway would likely pull the trigger.

score update?

Someone desperate might trade a 1st for him, but nowhere near a top 10.
