[/quote] I've never seen him say that, but it would not be any less ridiculous than expecting to: Fire most, if not all of the coaches Hire a GM; doesn't matter who, apparently Replace the starting QB with an overhyped option QB because "Carson makes more money than me!!" and we all know how well those option QB's do at the next level - never mind that a first-round pick QB is going to cost more than Carson to sign, especially if you want them in camp from day one. They have the added advantage of being a complete unknown, rather than a good QB in a bad situation you can potentially have a bad QB in a worse situation! Awesome plan! Replace both starting WR's, the RB, half the O-line, half the D-line, 2/3 LB's (and keep Maualuga, not Rivers, for reasons I can only guess at) and 2-3 DB's Yes, a fool-proof plan there. Maybe in 3-4 years the mess will be bad enough to force MB to hire another quality coach who can come in and clean up that mess. You know, make the team respectable again & then be undermined by the owner at the first sign of adversity. Don't worry though, after 6-8 years he will get sick of dealing with the local jackal media and miserable anti-fans and go someplace that will allow him to succeed.
