Dline is prime example. Barring a serious light clicking in several heads, this season is not looking good. At least last year they beat the teams they were supposed to beat. He's good at spotting talent and evaluating it but he lacks the hard man approach to come down on his players when the chips are down. [/quote] I don't know if its coming down hard on people that is needed or not, but accountability sure is needed. At least he took Gresham out in favor of charles after Gresham dropped a couple. I have never been a fan of Marvin the coach. He has great other attributes, but there is just something not right with this football team that keeps the talent from translating to results.
