Probably quickest and easiest to just let people pick for teams randomly. Just can't pick twice in a row. Then do a vote for Bengals pick.

Can't really go wrong with either one.  Reason I went with Foster is because he'd start day 1 and be on the field for all 3 downs.  

A DE might, MIGHT just be part of the DL rotation.  :/
