I never expected Biden to do anything when he got into office that I thought would be good for the working class. I actually am surprised. This is the kind of thing I like. Investment groups should not be allowed to buy homes, that is a HUGE part of the problem with the cost of housing, not to mention we need to be building more houses to drive prices down.
