Browning, a second-year player from the University of Washington, signed a two-year exclusive rights contract through the 2025 season. After Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow got hurt in the 2023-24 season, Browning stepped up and played in nine games, seven of which he started. According to his stats, he led the Bengals to a 4-3 record as a starter, completed 171 of 243 passes for 1,936 yard and scored 12 touchdowns. Woodside, who is a fifth-year player from the University of Toledo, has played in 13 career games for the Tennessee Titans and the Atlanta Falcons.
