  1. Don't mean to hijack the thread, Harry - but was looking up where this garage was (from the handful of times I have been there) - so looking on Google maps - did they open a 2nd Jeff Ruby's down there? Every time I went there, we staggered over to JR from Nicholson's... but Google Maps showing it on 5th and Vine over by the Hilton?
  2. I only got to watch the first half. Obviously delighted for a win. Some concerns / observations: Man, those slants eat us alive. DJ Turner had a bad game - getting beat on the TD, spinning Diggs around for an extra 40 yards or so. He's young, so hopefully he learns. How did we only score 3 points in the 2nd half?! Red Zone offense - need to figure that out. Man do I hate Collinsworth. Doubts every penalty that benefits the Bengals, points out every penalty the Bengals should have gotten. Does our running game get stifled by poor blocking at the line, or is it next level?
  3. Thanks for sharing - I love this shit. Don't mean to take away from the memory of Rudolph Isley, but I'm a guitar player, so...
  4. That's a strong statement! But he is pretty fucking good. Voyage to Atlantis is one of my faves. BTW, is there a better sexy time song than Between the Sheets? i don't think so.
  5. We went with Hulu Live - my experience with Youtube TV was glitchy.
  6. Well, I mean Bobby Hart was "phenomenal", so naturally Volson is a future HoFer. I feel like the only reason we like(d) Pollack was because he wasn't Alexander or Turner. There HAS to be someone better we can get.
  7. That's how he's going to have to get his touches now - nobody gonna let him get past him much anymore. If they can be creative about moving him around...
  8. Ya hate to see it. Though they did get hosed on the non PI call - but as I said... ya hate to see it. 😄
  9. Right. Just because he's not Alexander of Turner, doesn't mean he's good. I'm not educated enough in talent evaluation, scheme, any of that stuff. It seems like the only one who is not getting his ass kicked is Brown. Maybe Karras. The others just don't look great. D-Line - BJ Hill is a backup. We should be getting pressure up the middle, but Lamar just ran freely straight ahead. Even Hendrickson looks meh on the edge. And it's like we weren't covering anyone in the middle of the field.
  10. Not directly. But you know hoe Mike Brown is with former long time coaches - they become consultants. But still, you're absolutely right, it is a Tobin/Zac/Pollack problem.
  11. Recent success has brought on a number of new 'fans' also. When I went to a string of games between 2011-2016, I didn't see any bullshit.
  12. There. Although he did hit a stooler, so I can't hate too much.
  13. Got Dayum! Those days are gone unfortunately - nobody going to let him get that open ever again.
  14. If anyone has the time and likes podcasts, there is a good one called Crime in Sports - two comics that just shit on their subject for like 2 hours... the one on Manziel was good. They've also done one on Corey Dillon, Burfict, Pacman, and Stanley Wilson Sr.
  15. Gotta be Sam. If you go back and watch clips of him, you fall in love with him all over again.
