No way I would take pick him for a team with an unsettled QB situation, but if you have a franchise QB that commands immediate respect like Burrow does? Easy call. He seems prickly, as if wants to treat the world negatively before it hurts him. Burrow (et al) is going to make him comfortable and he will mature at the same time.
