Yeah, fuck me runnin'. I haven't been following anything very strictly. I think I may have lost a few pounds but nothing to brag about. I really feel like shit every day because of this too. <sigh>

Work out something w/ your wife where you get one bj for every pound you lose, or something like that ;)

Anyone else a big beer drinker? I have found it to be my downfall.

I'm not talking about bud light et al either. Like stouts, ipa's,etc... Which are usually worse.....

Drinking a few pints is probably the same amount of calories as a meal.

I "get" to run a marathon at the end of the month. I think that I might die. Memorial day weekend is D-Day.

Im a pound over weight by that. I'm 5'08 165-170. Im trying to get up to 185-190. I'm ordering some more supplements here in the next week or maybe I should go the Bonds way

Anyway here is where I get most of my supplements. They have all kinds of stuff to asist in weight loss or weight gain.

Thanks for the luck. I got suckered into it. They told me it was a half marathon. I thought well thats not too bad I can do that so I signed my name on the dotted line. Little did I know my friends were just fucking with me. I guess I should have read everything about it. So as it turns out its a full marathon and I'm not so sure about it one bit. But I will just suck it up and see what happens.

MULLY....Getchya ass in gear my man! hhhmmmm....someone was kicking
my ass ealier in this challenge and kept me going...now it's my turn!

Try what I'm doing...low carb and you don't starve...

breakfast: ALL FRUIT, any kind, no limit but don't go overboard!
orange juice (not from concentrate)

wait 2 hours

snack: hard boiled egg (2 if you want) or pepperoni and cheese

lunch: meat and veggies only

dinner: meat and veggies only

you'll be eating your carbs in the morning (all natural sugars)
then nothing but protein, fat and veggies for the rest of the day...

no starchy veggies = corn, potatoes, peas...

you can do this, it's easy!!! if your still hungry, just stick with protein snacks...
salami roll-ups, cheese squares, pepperoni sticks or slices...
for your lunch and dinners, you can have hamburger patties with cheese on a plate
with mayo, onion, lettuce, ketchup...whatever, just gotta eat it with a fork instead
of on a bun! It's not hard once you get use to it...grilled BBQ chicken just don't
saturate it with BBQ sauce, steaks, roast (no gravy), pork chops...try not to go
overboard but if you need a second helping, it's OK....

this is actually a form of the Suzanne Somers diet, they do some kind of European
thing where you keep foods seperate from others and it's a low carb thing like
Atkins...I lost like 38 lbs doing this before I got pregnant....

I haven't been loosing the weight as fast as I had hoped. Hitting my goals will take more time than I had anticipated. I am getting it off though. Lately I haven't been working out as much (2-3 times per week), but I've been doing more outside activities with blessed spring we've been having. Here are some pics:

Before:

Now:

Current weight: 292

I plan on making my 07' new years resolution to KEEP it off. What do you want yours to be?
