Marvin
Figured I'd start something early so I know who to keep an eye on this season. I'm a big fan of the two skill players from South Carolina: RB- Marcus Lattimore- only a sophomore, but has the size/speed to be an every down back in the NFL. He's already listed as 6'1 230+, this sounds weird but, I hope he doesn't get any bigger. http://espn.go.com/college-football/player/_/id/501517/marcus-lattimore WR- Ashlon Jeffery- lanky, sure hands, poor mans megatron?. 6'4 229. http://espn.go.com/college-football/player/_/id/483175/alshon-jeffery Those are shitty links but it's early. Maybe the mods can pin this if people participate, or maybe it will sink to go-bengals.com oblivion.

JC
Trent Richardson. LaMicheal James. Both had ugly opening games, but I'm sure they will bounce back. I think RB will be high on the board though as well as both guard spots (can't take those in the top 10 me thinks) and CB. A guy I really, really, like for the later rounds is Kellen Moore out of Boise. I think he is going to be a great QB. Obviously, It's hard not to like Luck, Landry, or Barkley as well. The only way we are in contention to get those guys is if Dalton isn't cutting it anyways. Justin Blackmon is a good one, whom I think would fit our offense well, but we already have an influx of good receivers. I can only see this happening if we can't resign Simpson or he doesn't show us what he did last year, which won't happen. Blackmon is going to be a bigger, badder, Anquan Boldin. I'm probably underrating him.

IMO, our biggest first round need is CB, but if we get one in FA, I would be all for Alshon Jeffery or Justin Blackmon, in that order of preference. JC
Holy hell. I want 0 to do with Ashlon Jeffry. Dude is a large turd. He is going to blow up and out of the NFL. In a weight scheme. Blackmon on the other hand would be perfect in this offense. Strong, goes over the middle, catches tough passes. Would be the perfect compliment to AJ. Bengals1181
IF they feel the need to go get another playmaker early, give me another TE to pair with Gresham http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xzm2ZpGDTmY

JC
Personally, I don't think they sniff a TE with the way they are protecting cock hart on the roster and let Coffman go. Unless one falls. I'd love to see two dynamic one's though. They might have it in Lee and Gresham. Hopefully we see this weekend.
JC
Looking at mock drafts, it seems that Blackmon is a bonafide top 5 pick. Don't think we are going to sniff him. We do seem to get T.Richardson in a lot of drafts. I can deal with that.
I don't think Cochart is anywhere close to "safe" as far as roster spots go longterm. I liked the Lee signing, and think he'll be active this week, but he's only got 198 catches in 8 NFL seasons. Roughly 25 per season.
JC
Well, with Lee and Scaife on the roster and Cochart being the designated blocking tight end, unless one learns long-snapping, I don't think there going to pursue one next year. Unless a prospect falls.

I'd hope he's still there in round 2, but I don't know how the rest of the TE prospects are shaking up, and he figures to be one of the top 3-4. happyrid
I think my dream draft at this point would be to get Trent Richardson or Lamar Miller in the 1st. Then a big-time RG at the top of the 2nd. Hopefully get another 2nd for Carson and grab one of the top safeties. Then just go with BPA with a WR, LG, TE, CB, LB, etc. all on the list. Sigfox09
Right now, Dre Kirkpatrick would be RD 1 selection. I also really like Courtney Upshaw, but he is more of a 3-4 Outside Backer. I also wouldnt mind Lavonte David from Nebraska.
