Hey, man, congrats. I'm on my second trip down that road and I gotta tell ya that it'll become what you make of it. If I can offer any advice I'd tell you that you should make her your best friend too. Do things together. Find things that you can both enjoy. My wife and I both play pool and bowl. I play guitar and she enjoys going to band practice with me and she's my biggest fan when I'm on stage. There's nothing like having the perfect partner, man. Good luck to both of you.

What he said. I'm in the midst of a marriage that can be so up and down I don't know which side is up anymore.
And children, as I have, defenitely change the equation.
Hope it is what you want it to be!

I hate to break it to you, but science is totally against this.

Just so you go into this totally educated, 100% of all marriages end in DEATH. There's no way to get around it.

Make the right call...

Make the right call.

Congratulations!

And a couple of tips (the first one is more for your wife than you).

Something will go wrong, or be forgotten, or won't go as planned. It happens at every wedding. Don't sweat it. No one will know if something didn't go the way you planned it.

Second, you will likely be exhausted by the time the wedding, reception, and whatever else is done on the wedding night are over. Don't feel like you HAVE to "do it" on the wedding night. Hope you don't think that was too personal.

Bullshit. Take Viagra and drink lots of coffee if you have to. Slam that shit like you're gonna die tomorrow, because well... you sort of are. At least your sex life.

Good luck !!!

I agree with this one 100%. Here in Japan you have the wedding, the reception, and then there are parties after the reception. We had our second party at a bar that we usually go to. We didn't get in until 4:00 in the morning. Both of us were dragging ass big time. No need for any fucking on the wedding night. Save it for the honeymoon when you're rested and ready.
