Pro Football weekly just said he can play OLB. I trust Pro Football Weekly but it is interesting that he ways so much and is listed as being able to play OLB. I think you both have good points.

Not to mention if he were to play OLB (which is a terrible fit for his skills) it would no doubt be in a 3-4. The Lions run a 4-3.

Chiefs select OLB Akeem Ayers.


Ayers by all indications still has a lot to learn about the game of football rather than simply relying on his athleticism. Mike Vrabel is the perfect guy to teach him.
