cwing
Can anyone explain how they arrived at 26 seconds remaining? TB hold penalty at 38 seconds. Incomplete pass at 32 seconds, left side Pacman coverage near end zone. The "challange" play. Whistle blows at 16 sec. Clock on tv shows 12 seconds. TB penalty based on review. Official resets game clock to 26 seconds.
eva4ben-gal
It's a secret code, the contents of which are clues to where the third Ray Rice tape is hidden.
BengalBacker
You know how they run off 10 seconds in some situations? They don't have a rule where they gave Tampa 10 seconds because Marvin threw the flag, do they?

tzan
What would have happened if we had zero time outs left in that situation and Marvin threw the flag anyways?
CincyInDC
maybe the 4 time out rule becomes important?
Inigo Montoya
What would have happened if we had zero time outs left in that situation and Marvin threw the flag anyways? Pretty sure it would have been a penalty. In the end Marvin throwing the flag made the refs stop the Bucs from spiking the ball, which allowed a booth review. It would have created an off setting penalty situation without the time out. Not 100% sure, though.
Hooky
How could the refs not notice 12 on the field? And they were getting ready to run another play with 12.

Actually, per the post game radio show it happened TWICE in the same drive. Not sure if anyone re watching the game can pick it up or not.
