Ben Roethlisberger: I hope we don’t run Le’Veon Bell into the ground

Recommended Posts

While Im not one to ever link to a Bleacher Report article, I thought you would like to know that their injury expert, Will Carroll, is reporting Wednesday that Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger has a fractured hamate bone in the wrist of his throwing hand as a result of him hitting the hand of New Orleans Saints linebacker Curtis Lofton in the first quarter of Sundays game.

Keisel is out, probably done forever.  Ben has a broken hand.  Tomlin remains the biggest poser in NFL coaching.  Pretty much comes down to which Andy decides to show up.

Screw Andy. Let's run the fuck out of the ball and play good defense.

Clinical significance[edit]

The hamate bone is the bone most commonly fractured when an amateur golfer hits the ground hard with a golf club on the downswing. The fracture is usually ahairline fracture, commonly missed on normal X-Rays. Symptoms are pain aggravated by gripping, tenderness over the hamate and symptoms of irritation of theulnar nerve. This is characterized by numbness and weakness of the pinky finger with partial involvement of the ring finger as well, the "ulnar 1½ fingers."

The hook of hamate is particularly prone to fracture-related complications such as non-union due to its "tenuous" blood supply.[2]

It is also a common injury in baseball players. Several professional baseball players have had the bone removed during the course of their careers.[4][5][6][7][8] This condition has been called "Wilson's Wrist".[9]

Which means he will have trouble with his sand wedge, drinking tea appropriately, or trying to hit to the opposite field.

But Collinsworth would still die in a fire before he would deny it is Stiller Footbawww.

Do you guys ever really listen to what our coaches say? They get on guys bc they want them to be successful fb players here or elsewhere. In other words job security. They are not bashing them to save their jobs. Almost everyone here would concur that a Bengal coach has a job for life.
