Unless you count the non trade of when we turned down all those picks from New Orleans

and selected Akili Smith. :dance2:

You had to go and bring that up. My football knowledge is average, at best, but I spend that whole afternoon screaming "Champ Bailey!" at the TV and throwing things. Even with my limited knowledge, I correctly predicted he was going to be great and Akili wasn't, and it has frustrated me for decades that Bengals management didn't see it that way, too. Akili was the worst pick of the six picks made before Bailey.

Rats get the early Saturday game. Not sure if that is in their favor or not. It certainly won't be the top-end viewed game.

Detroit getting a 3pm Sunday start isn't much better.

As figured: Kermit/Josh Verizon MyPlan with the Sunday evening prime match. SF gets the prime Saturday slot.

9 points!  Mismatch I'm not aware of or is that fan bias?  Lamar & their defense could add up to another blowout but Houston didn't look that soft to me.

CJ could wear that vaunted defense to a frazzle if he gets some time. HOU defense was up to the task against CFT—and can handle the run.

Of course, all of this depends on the direction from New York City.

Houston isn't soft but they are pretty banged up. I do like Stroud though. Will be interesting to see if Baltimore gets off to a slow start.
