Even though we won, last Sunday hurt Joe's stats.

AND.... way too much media knob slobbering on Lemur.

I try so hard not to have evil thoughts because I know God will punish me but...

every week I look for Lemur to get cold cocked knocked out flattened and carried out on a sponge

but... not yet.  The fool is long overdue.

As for Ja'Marr... should have signed the man.

Chase is top 5 in every statistical category but not #1 in any of them.

In other words, one of the best.  We're only 6 games in, I need to see him on the top of the list in yards, TDs, receptions - something - before I say he's the best WR in the game.

Top 5 is plenty good enough, though, far as that goes. Pay the man.

I haven't looked but is there anyone else that is also top 5 in every category and ahead of him in more categories? To me this is a mean vs average question.

Lamar is fun to watch, can’t lie. He’s developed into a solid passer and is probably the most dangerous weapon overall in the NFL.  Would be nice if Burrow continues this type of season, but Bengals need wins. Lamar has led his team to wins. Right now I’d give it to him. Still a long way to go before seasons end though.

has he though? im torn on this one, and if i ddint hate him so much as an opponent id go watch more film of his, i see the highlights and its like DAMN throwing dimes. but when we play him, his pocket passing is fairly average feeling, missing open guys saved us a few times. he is unstoppable outside of the pocket, and it turns into NCAAA football where he scrambles until someone is so wide open its an easy throw (excluding that TD to likely and making hubbard miss, jesus christ, amazing paly all around and a dime pass, BUT he did run around until coverage was broken completely. last year was his best passing from the pocket game i had ever seen against us, closed us out like bitches with dimes. but he isnt Mahomes or Burrow accurate, but he offers so more more with his athleticism than either could dream of. he is a tough guy to rate for me.

as for Simms. he can suck a dick. he is no different than any other media, he has a decent relationship with the team but he is full of the same non-watching highlight reel game film study guys out there, throwing together 10-15 hot take headlines out there seeing what sticks, then sitting there with dan patrick sniffing eachothers asshole hairs like a southpark episode as they wax poetic about various teams.

he is sometimes on the Bengals Booth Podcast, so is his crusty father, and Collinsworth, and while i appreciate the feature usually, they clearly arent watching the games, are prepped, and ESPECIALLY collinsowrth is led to water by dan hoard so he can drink, this dude isnt watching the bengals at all. the most random stuff too, dan hoard be like: "chris you were a pretty good WR in your day, is watching Chase and Tee like watching aliens out there? Chris without a beat: a little bit, im old enough to think of aliens like ET with the long fingers, out there reboudning footballs with those big hands"  then he slid the rebound comment into the live telecast as well.

its just starting to be more obvious how fake and staged many forms of media are even about ever changing live sports.

and the copycats, fuck dont get me started, local clown writes article about front office failed joe burrow (you know, because 7 defensive linemen were hurt at once) and 3 days later Colin Cowurd says the same shit on air.  its so fucking lazy i cant see straight.

AS for MVP. if we win the division i think he is MVP. if we are the 5 seed, maybe. anything less i dont think he makes it.

Chase is top 3 no matter how you slice it, who is number 1, really depends how you slice it, lol, he is by far the best WR for what we have around him. JJ would be less versatile, and CHase being able to put all over, including backfield is much needed and i dont think JJ would be useful in that role.

Agree.

Jackson is a phenomenal duel QB..

With Henry on board they look

to be the best team including KC in the AFCN

so far.

Things Allways change during season though.

just due to age and use, i always expect Henry to ware down throughout the season, he turns 31 this year, been hurt a bunch, and been used a lot. he is a physical freak.

maybe i just HOPE he wears down over the year.

Yeah I think so. He misses some “easy” ones at times but makes some incredible throws to make up for it. He’s most definitely progressed in that aspect of his game is what I guess I’m trying to say. He’s damn near unstoppable at the present time.

I'm confused, where is Mahomes on this list?

i was about to say "well this is the pointless qb rating from nfl that means nothing, the real list is: X

but mahomes isnt on the real QBR list either.

the funniest things i saw last week was a video title or article titles "lama Jackson is Joe Burrows Daddy"

which is funny for a bunch of reasons, like they dont even get on the field at the same time to play each other, like joe is responsible for the defense Lamar faces or something.

also joes stats are better.

Also, and I can't stress this enough, defenders are allowed to tackle Joe

Dunno... last Sunday the one Gnat player had him lined up in his sights for a clear shot

possible safety and pulled up to ask him for his autograph or something.
