Put that bitch back in the slammer! She deserves to serve her time just like any average person. She fucked up, she pays the price! What if she would have injured or killed someone while she was driving around drunk?! Would they still shrug their shoulders and say, "Well see, its Paris Hilton and in her case... one month for vehicular homocide should be plenty."

UGGGHHHH!

I'm no fan of Paris (or her genitalia, for that matter) but she did look better sans makeup when she got out.

Also, she didn't serve time because of who she is. She disrespected the court by showing up late on I think a couple of occasions, and generally having the attitude that she was "untouchable", which as we know from her vast private video library, she isn't.

OMG!!! How did she ever survive?

June 27, 2007 -- Paris Hilton scurried home to Mommy and Daddy yesterday after spending three weeks in a jailhouse medical unit receiving special treatment and living the life of a snack-ravaging college student.

Sources said the celebrity skank was a jailhouse pig during her time in the pokey - racking up a $145 commissary bill for assorted snacks and beauty aides.

The bill included packs of French vanilla coffee, orders of chicken noodle soup, toffee peanut treats, banana nut muffins, packs of chicken broth and a 1.75-ounce jar of Vaseline.

While other inmates had to pick up their own orders, Hilton had deputies act as her personal errand boys.

"I don't understand what the big deal is; she's a nobody," said an irate deputy at Century Regional Detention Center, happy to see Hilton check out.

"She's got sheriffs bringing her food. This was unbelievable."

After her release, Hilton was driven to her parents' house in the ritzy L.A. neighborhood of Bel-Air with an army of photographers and news helicopters in tow.

Cops blocked off cars from entering North Kings Road last night, anticipating her return.

Hilton hasn't slept in her own bed since June 7, when L.A. County Sheriff Lee Baca temporarily released her to house arrest.

Shortly after arriving home, she had her hair extensions redone and got a facial.

The celebucon is set to appear on "Larry King Live" tonight, sharing her first post-pokey interview with the suspender-wearing chatter box at CNN's Sunset Boulevard studios.

It's been a rough several weeks for Hilton, who hasn't suffered this kind of indignity since a renegade Web site revealed she has a prescription for Valtrex, a medication often used to fight STDs.

While she was in jail, sheriff's deputies feared Hilton could get roughed up in the general population.

They kept Hilton in solitary confinement during most of her time behind bars.

Hilton was originally sentenced to 45 days in jail last month for driving without a valid license while on probation from an earlier DUI bust.

After checking into jail late at night on June 3, Hilton was briefly let out to house arrest by Baca, citing unspecified medical conditions that plagued the celebutante.

Although overcrowding typically means L.A. County inmates actually serve less than one-fifth of their sentences, Hilton had barely spent 72 hours behind bars when Baca set her free.

Baca was forced to appear before his bosses, the L.A. County Board of Supervisors, yesterday to explain his actions.

The Hilton affair probably spiked Baca's unpopularity among his own deputies.

A telephone poll last week showed that 69 percent of deputies disapproved of Baca's performance.

Baca insists he didn't give Hilton special treatment.

"When all the dust settles and the Jerry Springer atmosphere goes away, it will be shown that the sheriff made the appropriate decision," Baca said.

Hilton's prosecutor and her media suitors were also left damaged over the past several weeks.

L.A. City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo, who publicly ripped Baca for letting Hilton out early, had to publicly apologize for his wife, who was also shown to have driven with a suspended license.

Hilton was originally set to give her first post-jail interview to NBC's "Today" show for a cool $1 million payday. But after The Post first reported the checkbook journalism, public backlash crushed the deal and lead Hilton to CNN - for free.

Now that Hilton has overcome her biggest legal challenge, her "Simple Life" partner in crime Nicole Richie is next on the docket.

She's scheduled to go on trial for misdemeanor DUI on July 11 in Glendale, Calif.

The incredible shrinking Richie has a previous DUI conviction from June 2003, putting her in danger of between 90 days and one year in L.A. county jail.

Paris Hilton says she doesn't have a drinking problem, has never taken drugs and doesn't believe she deserved to be behind bars.

"I think the crime did not fit the punishment," the hotel heiress told CNN's Larry King in a taped interview that aired Wednesday night.

Hilton, whose life has become a virtual pop opera, began a quest for image rehabilitation barely 24 hours after she was released from jail in Los Angeles. She had served three weeks for driving on a suspended license following an earlier DUI offense.

ABC and NBC reportedly squared off for bidding rights to her first post-jail interview, but the networks seemed to lose interest after the monetary deal-making became public. That resulted in a promotional windfall for CNN's "Larry King Live," which apparently did not have to pay for the sit-down. The network's strenuous promotion included a countdown clock that ran on "Paula Zahn Now," the lead-in to King's show, as well as a lengthy panel postmortem about Hilton on "Anderson Cooper 360."

On King's program, the 26-year-old Hilton appeared serious and guarded, speaking in a tone much lower than the breathy, baby-doll register familiar to viewers of her show "The Simple Life." When King asked what she would like to change about herself, she said she was bothered that her voice became too high-pitched when she was nervous.

Asked why she was doing the interview, Hilton was initially flattered, calling King an "icon." When pressed, however, she said, "I want to let people know what I went through," adding that her three-week jail stint was "a really traumatic experience."

She called jail food "horrible" and dubbed her strip-search "the most humiliating experience of my life."

She was particularly distressed at not being able to hug her father on Father's Day and confirmed reports that the mystery illness she suffered in jail — which led to an early release that a judge later reversed — was panic attacks brought on by claustrophobia.

She read King journal entries she had written behind bars that spoke of her confinement as "a turning point."

But on crucial points, the interview was less than revealing. A spokesperson for the Hilton family has denied that they sought money for a network interview, and King did not press her about this discrepancy. She seemed caught off-guard when asked how she was able to conquer her claustrophobia after she was returned to jail (she meditated and read, she said).

Hilton was vague when asked about fellow party girls Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan, saying that some celebrities are "given too much too soon."

And when King suggested that Hilton could have squelched some of the stories she claims are baseless rumors by denouncing them earlier, the heiress seemed nonplused.

"People make up crazy stories," she said

Here's a question.................................

Why is this news and why do people give a fuck about this dumb bitch?
Good fucking question. What's really bassackwards is the fact that she is headline news, not only back home, but also in both here in the UK and Spain as well (when I was in Madrid a couple weeks back). Simply amazing...
