Chicks that I've dated, I've never really bothered to take out to nice places or what not because 1) I've always been broke and 2) i just never really cared that much. But right now I'm talking to a girl who I really like. She's been one of my best friends for a couple years now, and we're trying to figure out just exactly what we are. So I asked her out to dinner tonight. Where am I gonna go? Montgomery Inn seems like a good solid choice. Can't really go wrong. I'm not trying to show this chick the world tonight. Just eat relatively well and have a good time. I've also heard good things about Primavista. But besides those, I've no clue what I'm doing. Suggestions? Something with character. Its a Tuesday so you will get in anywhere. Montgomery in is where you take someone you barely know on a date....not a best friend. Best friends go to the nice cincinnati Original restaurant that is not in a strip mall but you read about online. You shouldnt need to fabricate a nice dinner with a place like that. You have to set rules when choosing a place for a first dinner date. Nothing too spicy, nothing too messy (BBQ), and nothing that is heavy on garlic or onions. You don't want a chick seeing you sweat from your food, getting food all over yourself, or going into kiss her with dragon breath. Just FYI I am a certified date planner. Ok I am just certifiable. [/quote] went to one for the first time the other day cool place, and its a good time however, wouldn't recoment it for a first date....the whole thing is awkward as shit if you've never gone before imo. They have this amazing bread pudding with Andes chocolates in it. Fucking awesome. Had this pork thing that was so tender.
