This was just a really good chance to let you know how immature you seem to be. If I may... My earliest memory of you was the picture of a kid (guessing it was you) with the word "sexy" imprinted on it. It reminded me of a 13 year old kid who thinks they have the world by the balls. Maybe I'm being judgmental, but my niece just went through that age and my God it was frustrating and embarrassing. Nothing worse than an annoying kid who says/does junk just to say it and get a reaction. I'm guessing that's how a lot of people perceive you right now and it's sometimes impossible to bear. My parents allowed me to make mistakes. Some of them quite a bit more heinous than this. My children are fully grown now and complete with their education (2 college degrees in the sciences and one in business). Some of you have met them and they are perfect little gentlemen. I believe that the college education alone did not make them who they are today but it was an education that started much earlier than school. However, if you were the ones to raise them you might question what I am talking about. They were not afraid to try new things and experiment. As a result, we are fairly well adjusted and adaptive towards the changes required in this new world in which we live. This approach may not be for everyone but trying to treat a child/young adult like a wise old man is never such a good idea. He will learn but he will continue to make mistakes. In this case AJ would not be able to win a lawsuit because he could never prove that tweet hurt his reputation or hurt him monetarily in any way. [/quote] It would take a sponsor pulling support or proof that a sponsor didn't choose him because of that tweet to fulfill number 4 and that didn't happen. AJ would have to prove number 4 in this case because the defendant is a teenager on twitter.
