Keep it realistic. No drafting a punter or any other widely accepted reach in round 1. Research team needs and make the pick when you're on the clock. . Explanations of the pick and pictures are encouraged. 2. After your pick, PM the member who is picking for the team after you. 3. You will have 12 hours to make the pick once you are on the clock. After 12 hours we start voting for the pick. First player with 5 votes is the pick. The member picking for the team we are voting for can change the pick to the player they want up until the next pick is made. If you know you won't be available to make the pick PM me (or anyone I don't care) and let them know who you want. 4. No trading of picks or players. 5. The Bengals pick will be voted on. The player with the most votes after 12 hours is the pick.
akiliMVP
Houston Texans select quarterback Blake Bortles from Central Florida. Obviously QB is our biggest need. We feel his combination of physical tools and intangibles make him the best QB in the draft.

T-Dub
9pm Saturday-9am Sunday is kind of a rough window for most people. I'd suggest giving Sox 'til this afternoon at least before we start voting on the pick.

Bengals1181
Yeah I figured I'd wait til like 1 pm fwiw, others I've been a part of don't count weekends since a lot of people primarily use the internet while at work. If picks get done over the weekend, great, but any 12 or 24 hour "timeclock" gets put on hold until Monday morning.

Sox
Although the need to protect our QB MR.Glass IS important, the Rams decide to select the BPA. The Rams select Jadeveon Clowney-DE-South Carolina

Sox
Passing on Robinson and Watkins was tough, but Clowney is arguably the best player in this draft, and will give the Rams a MONSTER DE rotation and pass rush.He has the tools to be a very special player, and you don't pass on those to draft for need. MichaelWeston
Sammy Watkins WR Clemson. Browns get dangerous. Brian Hoyer can look good passing to Cameron, Gordon and Watkins. If they can get Ben Tate and the running game going they are going to be a headache.

spicoli
This is off to a great start indeed......especially when in reality there's no way the Texans are taking a QB number 1 overall. just ain't happenin.
akiliMVP
indeed......especially when in reality there's no way the Texans are taking a QB number 1 overall. just ain't happenin.Probably more likely than a guard #2 It's by far their biggest need. I mean why would they use the #1 overall pick to address it? Especially when you have the superstars Ryan Fitzpatrick and Case Keenum.

spicoli
Probably more likely than a guard #2 well one went #7 and two went in the top 11.....it really wasn't that far off. I mean why would they use the #1 overall pick to address it? Especially when you have the superstars Ryan Fitzpatrick and Case Keenum. probably because there's not a QB in this draft that's even close to being worthy of going number 1 overall. I'd say there's a 98% chance they're taking Clowney and about a 2% chance they'll take one of Greg Robinson/Jake Mathews.....QB won't even get any real consideration. Clowney is a waste in a 3-4 and they don't need a LT. I'd say 98% chance they take a quarterback.
akiliMVP
Everybody says they are leaning QB #1. Logic says it too. Taking Clowney would be insane.
spicoli
yeah ok. and Clowney will fit in ANY system, that's not even going to be a consideration.
akiliMVP
yeah ok. and Clowney will fit in ANY system, that's not even going to be a consideration. So they draft Clowney to be a OLB, still have no QB and pick #1 overall again in 2015. Bill O'Brien was a QB coach. He knows the importance of a good QB. They could wait until round 2 or trade up for Carr (would be ironic) but the chance of success drops exponentially the later you draft a QB.
