It's not like she said "boy" Now, the case could be made that she used the equivalent of "you people" with her other statement. Though she could also have meant "rich assholes" (nice car), "entitled people", etc. Now is she racist? Probably. But these statements don't prove that. Road rage and screaming at each other as far as I know is not illegal. It's hard to prove without any doubt she was scared if she was yelling at him too.
