Who makes the TE cut? keep 2 or 3?

This one might be pretty easy. But maybe not.

if we keep 3

Locks:

1. smith

2. Sample and/or Asiasi

3. Wilcox? injury maybe sends him to the squad for safe keeping for now?

is the third the other of sample or asiasi? are they the 3 no matter what?

who can steal a spot?

thoughts?

This is another position where I think we could see a player not on this team added after cut-down day. Wilcox hasn't done much to impress during his time here, his most notable play is botching a snap on an extra point.

Hudson is not bad, but if there's a proven vet we need to grab him because if Smith gets hurt the cupboards are bare.

Could see that, although Wilcox did some good things, too, and he’s improved his game.

But if Smith gets hurt, receiving talent at TE is pretty lame.

Wilcox is there 2 TE "receiver."

They have Sample to block but they're looking to push it upfield every down.

1. Irv

2. Drew

3. Tanner

* The weakest position on the football team. Wish we had drafted Mayer or Washington.

absolutely disagree. wasting a first round pick on your 4th or 5th offensive weapon isnt to economical. low ceiling as a position unless you pull the next kelce out of your ass. id have rather taken a WR than a TE in the first.

Wilcox gets bumper for tanner? certainly possible. always lean towards the guy you know vs the guy you dont, tho.
