Yes there's a big push to label them, trans or gay people as pedos. Then the ones screaming about it the loudest get caught with a computer full of CP. If they wanted to protect kids they'd worry about youth pastors and high school coaches.  It's always the ones yelling the loudest - like Trump. Letting someone be tried by a judge they hired themselves does seem problematic... if you give a shit about the rule of law, anyway.

Judging by the tone of her rulings in this case, I'm not surprised at all. 

 

Now that he has the sympathy of a lot of people because he just survived an assassination attempt, any attempt to hold him accountable in the cases in Georgia and DC will be met with more scorn than they already are. 

 

I told my husband yesterday that my feelings toward Trump haven't changed one bit. He's still a despicable human being who has no business being President. The only difference now, he's a despicable human being who survived an assassination attempt.

The Supreme Court is corrupt, the chances of him ever facing legal consequences went from slim to none.

 

All the DNC has to do is nominate someone competent to run against him and this nightmare can be avoided.

Most other legal scholars have said she has been issuing some ruling that are puzzling to problematic.

 

As someone who works in this field, I am deeply troubled by this.

Jack Smith was not a confirmed judge or lawyer for the United States government. The senate would have to confirm him. 

"The Superseding Indictment is DISMISSED because Special Counsel Smith’s appointment violates the Appointments Clause of the United States Constitution."

Unlike Mueller,  or Durham who were previously confirmed.

Speaking for myself, I am not "ok" with that at all.  They should both be investigated.

 

However, I have no reason to suspect Joe was giving them to Putin, nor did he lie about it under oath.

I'm not sure how to exactly spell this out for you, seeing as you don't seem to want to differentiate other things and play whataboutism with things like Clinton settling with Paula Jones and equating it with Trump paying off Daniles, when they were clearly not the same thing. 

 

One of us is being an honest actor here and one of us is clearly being partisan.

I don't like that Joe just kept them in his garage. (Also I want you to cite me that Joe didn't have the clearance to have or see these documents as the Vice President, and now President, from a reputable source.)

I dont like that Hillary had a private email server (or Rice or Powell for the same thing)

 

But there is a VERY CLEAR difference between being fast and loose with classified information (which IS problematic)..... and lying about having the documents in the first place.

 

If you can't see that difference and engage as an honest actor here, I can not help you.

And yet the judge let this thing go on for how long? 

She used Thomas's footnote from the Daniels trial to dismiss this, that trial is unrelated.

 

And then didn't even say he didnt break the law.
