This defense gets out-schemed on nearly every drive. 

 

It's not even players many times. They are not in the right positions. 

Just as much as the Bengals on offense often have the opposing defense look like they know exactly what the play is, the Bengals defense looks like the opposing offense knows exactly what the defensive call is.
