How bad will that shitty ass field be on Sunday?
The field is crap regardless, but a break in the weather tomorrow: 39 at kickoff, partly cloudy, wind around 9mph. Should be around the same at game's end.

No problemo!

17 hours to go.... Times going slower than when I was a kid waiting for Christmas morning.

I am dying along with you! No game in recent memory is filling me with as much anticipation as this one. It's time for our boys in orange and black to step up to the plate and wrest the crown from the fat king!

I hear ya. I really believe we are on a roll. Peaking at the right time and have the better team. Play a clean game turnovers and penalties and we win.

They will also change how the rest of the world looks at the Bengals. If they can we the last 2, win the division. Host a playoff game and win it. No more - they haven't beat the steelers or ravens. No more haven't won a playoff game since. No more haven't had back to back winning or playoff births since.

I honestly believe the Bengals can make a run for the whole thing this season. If not, win a game or 2 in the playoffs and next season ( After a great draft ) concentrate on getting home field and stop losing the ones u should win. Like the Dallas, Browns and Dolphins games. With our D and a good running game. The sky is the limit !

BTW FUCK THE SQUEELERS

win or lose, this won't change how the idiot analysts think of us. Winning never has.

I think it will if we become consistent at winning, especially against good teams. We aren't there yet...but we are on the cusp. Beating the Rapists tomorrow would be a huge step in the right direction. I WANT THE DIVISION!

No I disagree with you on this. This time it will. Lose and it will be the same ole Bengals. But win and have back to back winning records. Back to back playoff trips. Which has not happened since the 80's. And perception starts to change. Win a playoff game and it changes big time. Especially with 3 very high draft pick and the success we have had lately in the draft. This game is huge for the Cincinnati Bengals. With our D and solid O line. We have a real shot this season.

And in the 80s, how much respect did we get? Our hurry up offense was treated as a threat, and credit shifted to Buffalo right after. And in the 70s when Paul Brown ran things we still got shafted by the powers that be.

Right now, the people on the air with sense treat us with the respect we deserve so far, but one that has a long way to go. The mass likely never will come over.

A lot more than they had been getting since the 90s.

Ryan Clark: Bengals need to 'slug it out' with Steelers

The Cincinnati Bengals haven't had much success against the Pittsburgh Steelers in recent seasons. Prior to the last meeting with their AFC North rival, the Bengals tried to send a message that intimidation hadn't crept into the equation.

Steelers safety Ryan Clark told NFL.com's Aditi Kinkhabwala this week that members of the Bengals picked a fight with Steelers long snapper Greg Warren before Pittsburgh's 24-17 win in October. The teams meet again Sunday.
"They don't care about us. They came out before the last game and tried to start a fight with our long snapper," Clark recalled. "I think it was a smart pick because you pick somebody else, it might be trouble. But I think it was for them to say, 'Hey, we're not scared of you guys. We think we can beat you.'"
Clark deadpanned the bit about the Bengals being smart. If Cincinnati meant to send message, it's unclear the right one got through.

"We understand their mentality coming in. But you have to come out and prove it," Clark said. "The Bengals have to come in here and be ready to to and stand in the middle of the field and slug it out. We like doing that, we're used to doing that and the best team will win."
The Steelers have won five straight against the Bengals and 10-of-12 overall. This has been a one-sided rivalry, but the Bengals can strike a thunderous blow by knocking the Steelers out of the playoff picture Sunday.

PITTSBURGH -- It was certainly a no-brainer when it came to selecting what game to cover this weekend. Sunday's game between the Cincinnati Bengals and Pittsburgh Steelers is more than a division game. It's about the battle for the last playoff spot in the AFC.

When the Bengals play at the Steelers, both teams control their playoff fate. The Bengals can clinch a postseason berth with a victory today. The Steelers can earn a playoff spot by winning their last two games.

Here are three factors to watch:

1. Steelers run defense. Thanks to the resurgence of BenJarvus Green-Ellis, the Bengals have rushed for at least 125 yards in five straight games, the longest active streak in the NFL, according to ESPN Stats & Information. The Steelers have allowed at least 125 rushing yards an NFL-low one time this season.

2. Dalton against Pittsburgh's blitzes. The Steelers have allowed opponents to complete 69.7 percent of their attempts against five or more pass rushers in the last two games with three touchdowns and no interceptions. The Steelers had a 51.9 completion percentage on such rushes prior, and hadn’t allowed a touchdown since Week 8. Andy Dalton went 2-of-6 for 22 yards in Week 7 against the Steelers’ blitzes.

3. The kicking game. The Steelers' Shaun Suisham is having a career year, converting 26 of 27 field-goal attempts (96.3 percent). The Bengals' Mike Nugent (right calf) is questionable and has missed the past two games. Josh Brown, who has filled in for Nugent, has made all six of his field-goal attempts but he missed both of his tries at Heinz Field last season when he was with the Rams.
