Nobody liked the one pic you posted here that showed America in a semi-positive light, so I will go on ahead and do that.

TERRORISM: the word that means nothing, yet justifies everything. But terrorism is the symptom, not the disease. There is no moral difference between a Stealth bomber and a suicide bomber, both kill people for political reasons. Those who oppose us will increasingly speak to us in the language we speak to them -- violence. Terrorism as a phenomenon may never go away. But if it is to be contained, the first step is for America to acknowledge that the radicalized youth of the Third World will no longer tolerate living under circumstances that give them no hope for the future. We have to take concrete steps to stop supporting the causes of their often justifiable rage, or be prepared to suffer the consequences. To paraphrase Noam Chomsky, the easiest way to stop terrorism is to stop participating in it.
Defining terrorism is difficult. If the definition of terrorism was easy there would have been a legal definition in place years ago. In other words, the first step in stopping something is to define that something.

Understanding that morality is not objective but in reality subjective is a first step that some of the world needs to take in order to progress. IMHO
In other words, there is a difference between a stealth bomber and a suicide bomber because it depends upon the morals of the person viewing. Otherwise, if we accept anyone elses moral view who is the person to determine which moral view is right ?
Terrorism: Terrorism is the systematic use of terror, often violent, especially as a means of coercion. In the international community, however, terrorism has no legally binding, criminal law definition.

Definitions of terrorism: There is neither an academic nor an international legal consensus regarding the definition of the term "terrorism"
Maximilien Robespierre, a leader in the French revolution proclaimed in 1794 that "Terror is nothing other than justice, prompt, severe, inflexible.

For example, what distinguishes a "terrorist organisation" from a "liberation movement"? And do you exclude activities of national armed forces, even if they are perceived to commit acts of terrorism? If not, how much of this constitutes "state terrorism"?
Arab diplomats have continued to argue that any comprehensive definition of terrorism must include the phenomena of "state terrorism" and distinguish it from the right of self-determination.

According to this argument, Israel is guilty of state terrorism in the occupied territories, while Palestinians are "freedom fighters."

The Israelis, on the other hand, have a different take on it: a Palestinian who deliberately kills an Israeli child is a terrorist, while an Israeli who deliberately kills a Palestinian child is a soldier or settler.
"There is no more Vendée, Republican citizens. It died beneath our free sword, with its women and its children. I have just buried it in the swamps and the woods of Savenay. Following the orders that you gave to me, I crushed the children beneath the horses' hooves, massacred the women who, those at least, will bear no more brigands. I do not have a single prisoner to reproach myself with. I have exterminated them all...
We live in giant houses with bedrooms that are for guests that we hope don't come. They live in huts with 6 to a room. We leverage their lack of regulations and democracy to make our daily lives better and make our dollar buy more things. We won the DNA lottery and should reach out to those that have not.

I do disagree with bombing being the same as killing innocents.

I don't know what planet you live on but saying "we live in giant houses with bedrooms that are for guests that we hope don't come" is completely disingenuous. First of all, no, MOST of us do not live in such houses. Secondly, many that do own such a house buy one because they can and because they WELCOME people that are friends and family to stay with them, or in the case of my parents, having a couple extra bedrooms for when me and my children stay with them for a couple days....and yes, they are fairly well off. What's your point? What does this have to do with terrorism, exactly? Wait, I know...nothing.
