The average annual salary for the top 10 WRs in the NFL is $25mm, no way the Bengals can afford to give Tee that kind of money and then pay JaMarr $30-40 million per year, because that's what he will be getting. Tee will get paid, his agent will ensure that, it just won't be in Cincinnati. There's no guarantee there will be a trade partner and if they franchise him that's less money available to re-sign JaMarr and others; just let him go and get a comp pick.
