On the replay, the ref looked at the DC, did NOT then blow the whistle, but he looked down the line

Refs should have flagged the Queefs for delay of game or even a personal foul on that. Only the HC can run down the field and signal the refs.

Apparently not when you ref a game in KC.

Ravens have sent a formal protest on the the officiating to NFL

Nothing will be done 🙁

Not sure how that would ever be considered a personal foul.

There are rules in place regarding sideline personnel and the activities therein.  If this type of “infraction” is not already specifically listed, it should be…and maybe will be.  [Delay of game penalty seems reasonable.]

The only way Andy Reid is running down the field toward the ref is if the ref has a cheeseburger in his pocket.

Leaving the touchline?

I did think the Baltimore OL got exposed some last night. I know it's early but they did struggle some... I'm not really surprised, as they have 3 new starters, and I'm sure they'll improve as the year goes on. But it's not their strong suit, that's for sure.

OTOH, Baltimore has a good D and Lamar is great... but if he is gonna run a lot, he tends to get hurt and miss time. Not super-impressed with the WR corps either, but they've got some good TEs and King Henry still looks pretty spry for a 30 year-old.

From what little I was able to watch I thought the Balmer defense looked kinda soft.  Not terrible really but not what I expect from them either.

In the AFC Championship game, Baltimore was more focused on trying to inflict pain rather than just playing solid D.  I didn’t really see that mindset last night.  Maybe they are average without that “edge”…

Poor effort tackling & kind of slow overall, but it's only one game.
