The Raiders are an objectively bad football team. If we can't beat them with Tee and OBJ out we don't deserve to be in any playoff race and should start spending most of the rest of this season talking about FA and the draft.

Maxxxine Crosby is going to feast on Cody Ford and it

will be blamed on Cordell Volson.

Get someone in the backfield to protect Joe other

than Chip and Dale or it could be real ugly.

Hate to break it to you, but so are the Bengals right now.  The roster has fallen off. They're unfocused and seemingly entitled.  They can't play defense and they're back to setting league records for ineptitude with the rushing game.

I do think it's correctable but I don't get the impression they're being honest with themselves. This "we'd be undefeated if only.." narrative isn't helpful. They'd have won every game if they scored more points than their opponents. That's it. They are their record and it's not just bad luck.

Oh Im not saying we are good by any stretch of the imagination, but I do think we are better than the Raiders.

Uno still on top ...

Terry McLarin has been a good receiver with no QB to speak if.

Now he's one of the best with Daniels.

Jefferson and Chase are still a cut above the rest.

Trayveon lurking .

I was wrong about Trayveon taking over for Perine. Trayveon isnt very good. If it's spot duty fine, but if this is longer than a week they need to put Sample as an H-Back full time.

Question.

Why isn't he very good in your opinion?

What has he ever done that warrants that statement?

Give in a dozen carries and if he flops I'll be the first to

say I was totally wrong..

His blocking is mid, his ypa is mid, his kick returns are mid. He doesnt offer you very much.

I was surprised he made the team.

You don't realize how small he is until you see him next to some other players.

And, like you said, he isn't very good.

I forgot there are people that know more than others on here.  Like how much money they had years ago to use but love paying double or more for everything now but I digress.  And Bowers has had 3 games with 90 yards or more and we are the 6th easiest team in the NFL for TEs to go up against.  Oh, and we don't need no stinking TEs in the passing game either.  You know, because we have won more than we have lost not using them.

Fyi..Cody Ford had a 25.6 pass blocking grade.

Volson has a 55.1 pass block grade.

Both suck at it but Ford is horrendous.

Long day for JBs blindside.

A day and an hour until kickoff in a two game week.

And the Bengals have done jack shit about improving.

The Chiefs and Rats add players for chump change for improvement

even if half season rentals.  The Squeels even bring back a criminal after

suspension.

And other than playing musical meat wads on the practice squad the Bengals

sit pat with the same old meh players like Rankins and Stone.

The Bengals Powers That Be "Charlie Don't Surf and Bengals Don't Trade"

philosophy simply is outdated and does not work.

The Rats and Chiefs add players, the Bengals program everyone's iPhone to flash in unison.

What is the definition of idiocy?  Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results?

Joe sounded snarky and frustrated, Zac evaded the question (I don't blame Zac for getting no support).

If they had not been ref screwed those first few games... maybe.  But at this point dancing with the

ones what brung ya' ain't gonna git it done.

I would have traded a lower draft pick for Chase Young.

A change of scenery and some Ohio cheese coney home cooking could do him a world of good.

And our lower draft picks are on the practice squad or inactive every game if they are here.

Shit gets old and my cell phone doesn't even flash on cue.

That's wild.  I wouldn't bet real money on the Bengals winning straight up, never mind covering 2 scores.

Betting this game straight up... a $100 bet would pay $125 with a W.

This is the first time I've bet the Bengals  (not every game) and am about a little ahead or

not down enough that I will lose my home and jump under a bus.

If they lose Sunday, probably never again.

Right now I feel betrayed as a fan by their inactivity to do anything to improve themselves

both on the field (adjustments, fixing what isn't working with rather easy fixes like put Drew Sample

in the backfield to block) or from above... a freakin' trade!

But, hey... we've got a peachy new locker room and Tyler Eiffert is going to be the Ruler of the Jungle,

a useless promo and the mascots will play pee wee footballers at halftime.

Nah I didn't figure you were selling your kidneys or anything

As for the rest..  This season never really got off the ground, was weird from the minicamps with guys grumbling about their money to the press.  Leads me to think there was a problem brewing long before we heard anything about it.  Not even about roster moves, coaching or schemes specifically but rather a stagnant sort of vibe overall.  The SB vets always say it's much easier to get there than to make it back & things are not trending in that direction.  Someone with some traction in the org needs to get pissed off about it instead of trying to soothe "The Worst Fanbase Ever" 😆

SUPER BOWL!

How about dumping Just Another Guy makes room on

the roster for Chase Young who will stay in town when

the Raiders go back to Oakland or Los Angeles or wherever they

are this year.

They were looking for a city with more STDs than Oakland & Philly already has a team so...
