Hobson could make good puns out of both those names.

I've already thought of a ton of pund for Cannon.

He's a real baller.

He'll make a big splash.

He's an explosive player.

I say go defense than grab Cannon in 4 or 5.

Safety???? i think you can pick one up later I'd go with need and value - OL looks like it's up to bat - DL has a few value picks left but not many

I do. Stud athlete from Nevada, but still learning how to play football.

He's a freak... better athlete than player reportedly, but ran 4.4 at 250# or something crazy like that. Will be a demon on STs, I'd guess.

poor mans von miller. Great pass rusher, questions about coverage skills
I know who Moch is. I did not know the pick when I made the post.

No, he's definitely in line to be their Joker. So that means we're sending MJ to full time DE duty, I think. I wanted SLB addressed desperately, and thought we'd go with Chris Carter, a DE from Fresno who'd have to stand up, but this guy's a freak athlete. As long as Zimmer likes him, I'm all in.

Faster than Rey.
Pass rushing OLB at the next level.
Insanely athletic for his size.
Love the pick.

Well, the last few years the "freak but need development" players we have gone for have turned out pretty well.

He said great pass rusher
Rays rush is great. His finding the QB there at the end of it, not so much.

Thing I've read is he's unbelievably fast going in a straight line, but he's stiff when changing direction, etc., so he will struggle vs. the pass. Doesn't "flip his hips" well - in that way, I read a comparison to Vernon Gholston. Rut ro.

I think he can be a beast on ST, but it looks like he'll need a lot of work to become a productive player from scrimmage... unless you just let him loose and say "sic 'em!"

The difference is, we got him in round three rather than top 10 or 15 like Vernon. We can afford to have him as a role player if nothing better.
